We got great value for our money at Hotel Les Flocons. The room was spacious and always kept clean and tidy. The location was perfect, with the ski lift just 20 meters away from the hotel entrance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a hot food option in addition to the pastries, cold meats, cereals, and fruit.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its incredible location, right on the slopes. The ski lifts are literally opposite the ski/boot locker, making it extremely convenient to access the slopes in no time at all. This is definitely one of the best access points to the slopes that I have experienced in all my years of skiing.

One example of their excellent service was when the guests mentioned missing the steam room opening times, and within 20 minutes, the steam room was opened and they were provided with complimentary dressing gowns.

I had an amazing time skiing as this hotel is located right on the slopes, with the ski lift right opposite. Plus, it was very easy to park as I could do check-in and check-out in front of the hotel and there was public parking very close by. The staff were really responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Plus, the breakfast provided high-quality pastries and the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.
